At HK International, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your product, you may return it under the following conditions:

1. Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery if the product:

   • Does not meet your expectations.

   • Is found damaged during delivery.

   • Is received in an unsatisfactory or unexpected condition.

2. Products not eligible for return or replacement include:

   • Damages resulting from misuse or improper handling of the product.

   • Incidental damage caused by malfunctioning products.

   • Consumable items that have been used or installed.

3. Please Note: All returns must include the original packaging and accessories, such as the box, manufacturer's packaging (if applicable), and any other items originally included with the product. Returns without these items may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
